We are on the lookout for a Product Manager to come join us here at Aire Logic.  

Experience in working within the NHS is preferrable for this role. 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Using an iterative, flexible approach to delivery 
  • Participating in scrum  meetings and product sprints 
  • Understanding and managing risks to deliver projects in a rapid, iterative manner.
  • Implementing best practice
  • Creating and delivering product visions, strategies and roadmaps, focusing on outcomes, not solutions
  • Understanding of user needs and defining the minimum viable product to deliver those needs using your passion for technology 
  • Gathering opinions from multiple stakeholders and making confident, educated decisions on priorities
  • Collecting Voice of Customer and being highly user focussed and identify key needs and pain points
  • Articulate and understand the value of products, translating the product vision into deliverable goals.
  • Working with highly skilled, multi-disciplined teams
  • Dealing with conflict resolution and the ability to motivate a team, especially when under pressure


  • Experience in working in an agile environment
  • Knowledge of scrum and agile software development methodology 
  • Background of product management principles and approaches
  • Positive and optimistic outlook, looking for solutions and thinking outside the box 
  • Ability to prioritise effectively 
  • An understanding of design quality standards and user centred design principles  
  • Strong communication skills, understanding of the audiences and being able to verbalise and present the product/vision  to a wide range of stakeholders across varying seniority levels
