We are on the lookout for a Product Manager to come join us here at Aire Logic.
Experience in working within the NHS is preferrable for this role.

Responsibilities will include:
- Using an iterative, flexible approach to delivery
- Participating in scrum meetings and product sprints
- Understanding and managing risks to deliver projects in a rapid, iterative manner.
- Implementing best practice
- Creating and delivering product visions, strategies and roadmaps, focusing on outcomes, not solutions
- Understanding of user needs and defining the minimum viable product to deliver those needs using your passion for technology
- Gathering opinions from multiple stakeholders and making confident, educated decisions on priorities
- Collecting Voice of Customer and being highly user focussed and identify key needs and pain points
- Articulate and understand the value of products, translating the product vision into deliverable goals.
- Working with highly skilled, multi-disciplined teams
- Dealing with conflict resolution and the ability to motivate a team, especially when under pressure
Skills/Attributes/Experience
- Experience in working in an agile environment
- Knowledge of scrum and agile software development methodology
- Background of product management principles and approaches
- Positive and optimistic outlook, looking for solutions and thinking outside the box
- Ability to prioritise effectively
- An understanding of design quality standards and user centred design principles
- Strong communication skills, understanding of the audiences and being able to verbalise and present the product/vision to a wide range of stakeholders across varying seniority levels
