Who we are

Since Airelogic was founded in 2007, we have been committed to improving the relationship between technology and clinical practice, while following the principles of the Agile Manifesto. We have a low hierarchy and alternative operating model approach to business.

This was further reinforced in April 2022 when we became an Employee Owned business, making our employees the majority shareholders and principal decision makers of the business and its future direction. 

We have led some of the largest healthcare projects in the world, with clients ranging from the NHS to the Singapore government. However, we are equally involved in supporting smaller projects and have done extensive work with individual trusts or organisations on bespoke, local projects, including a significant number of pro-bono 'tech for good' projects both locally and nationally.

Airelogic’s activities fall broadly into three categories: 

  • offering technical consulting on architecture and IT strategy, 
  • providing agile delivery and DevOps services, 
  • and creating innovative healthcare IT solutions. Airesuite is our ground breaking healthcare technology product suite which uses low code to build enterprise scale, mission critical infrastructure.

Naturally, these areas have a lot of overlap, and one of the main strengths of our company is that we have experience across all stages of an IT delivery programme, from the initial strategy and architecture, to implementing an appropriate solution that will achieve your organisation’s specific aims.

What you must have experience of: 

  • Account and Commercial Management of large scale and high value projects and programmes
  • Experience of procurement and supply chain management
  • Principal Commercial point of contact for Programme Leads, Finance Leads, Commercial Leads, Principal Consultants & Team Representatives 
  • Leading on client service reviews
  • Identification of growth opportunities either through planned programme expansion / early warning of potential new business / framework agreements
  • Relationship management of new and existing clients, subcontractors and delivery partners. 
  • Costing of new business and change controls 
  • Proactive management of project and programme financial performance
  • Commercial planning of public sector contract tenders
  • 5 years plus Commercial Management experience in a medium to large Enterprise


  • Highly numerate
  • Proficient in the use of Google Sheets and MS Excel
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Degree in Business related discipline or qualified by experience

It would be beneficial to have the following:

  • Previous experience within a Health Technology setting
