Why are you proud to be part of the team at Aire Logic?

Aire Logic does some amazing things for healthcare and our wider clients. It's amazing to be part of what we are trying to achieve.

Why did you choose us over other companies? What makes us stand out?

From the moment I sat down in my interview with Aire Logic I knew this was the company for me. Unlike some companies they live by their values and relate back to them when making decisions.

What's a typical day look like for a Resourcing Manager at Aire Logic?

As cliche as it sounds, no day is the same at Aire Logic. You are given the freedom to plan your day around yourself and your life. Although I have my main role, working in a small operations team I can dip in and out of different roles. The whole team works together to help each other out, there is always someone to turn to for help.

Professional development seems to be a big thing for many people looking for a career move. How's Aire Logic set up for it? How does the company support your professional development and career growth?

AireTime gives you the opportunity to dedicate time to yourself during work time. This can be used for anything from charity work to learning and development courses to conferences and events. Having the freedom to manage your time and working week gives me time to plan my Aire Time around my working week.

What's the culture and environment/vibe like at Aire Logic?

Aire is the friendliest place  I have worked. There is always someone to turn to, whether that be for some advice on work or a friendly chat. Everyone is easy to work with and we are all trying to achieve the same thing.

What continues to motivate you working here? What gets you up in the morning?

A mixture of things motivate me, knowing I am helping make a difference to people's lives through the company working on various health and social care projects. Having team members that help each other and work hard for each other makes me want to make sure I am there for them and giving my best for them. The high team spirit and determination helps everyone.

What makes you feel valued? And how do you feel you can contribute to the bigger picture?

Mike and Joe take everyone's opinions on board no matter what the topic. I am constantly asked what my thoughts are on aspects of the business that may not affect my role directly. I am also given full ownership around my role and am empowered to make decisions. Joe and Mike trust myself and the rest of the team to come to solutions that work for everyone.

What does success look like for you and how does that marry up with Aire Logic?

Success for me is being happy at work. I want to feel valued and happy in the job I do and I know that no matter what role I do at Aire this will always be the case.

How do we celebrate success?

Success is always recognised all the way through the business, no matter how big or small. It is mentioned everywhere from stand ups to lunch and learns to bigger events such as away days.
