The work we do here has a real, positive impact on the life of healthcare staff and patients, and helps to ease the pressure on our healthcare service.
What really stood out for me was the company's transparency in regards to what client work they would take, and how they treat their employees, it's a refreshing approach to see.

Start work at around 9 am. At 10 am there's a daily stand up, where each developer discusses yesterday's work and what they'll be working on today, including any problems they might face. Work on tickets up till around 12 pm, break for lunch, then spend the rest of the afternoon finishing off any tickets.
Catch-up sessions are scheduled throughout the year to discuss how the jobs going and what, if anything, could be improved. We also have the ability to learn different technologies and frameworks if we're interested.
The work environment is really relaxed, you can turn to anyone for help or a quick chat.
Both the satisfaction of solving problems and the ability to help the healthcare service, are what motivates me the most.
The positive feedback and recognition I receive after completing work really encourages me and lets me know that I'm contributing something substantial to the team.
More discussion regarding developer certifications (AWS, Azure, etc) would be really appreciated.
