I have worked for Aire Logic since January 2022, I have been a product manager for nearly ten years

What do you like about working at Aire Logic?

I’m given the freedom and opportunity to approach work in a way that works for me and my team. I don’t have to jump through 7 layers of management hoops to complete a simple task and if I feel like something needs to be done, I can just do it. I can be involved in all manner of projects both internal and external and I can make a difference in a meaningful way that doesn’t just involve generating revenue for a company. I know that when I do a job well, it will have a positive impact in the wider world by improving the lives of patients and NHS staff or by improving Aire Logic.
