There are lots of ways to learn and develop at Aire Logic. We offer 'AireTime', which enables you to use working hours for personal development or volunteering. We also provide formal training, job shadowing and mentoring programmes, and run regular 'lunch and learns'. Past topics have ranged from net zero and academic invention to climate change and technology.
