At Aire Logic, we asked ourselves: what if we were to start over? How would we build a modern health service from the ground-up?
Our response has shaped ‘The Everywhere Hospital’ - a radically, reimagined model of care that lives in communities, connects across systems and moves with people.
This challenger hospital model supports the ‘three big shifts’ at the heart of the NHS 10 year plan but is built upon a different set of guiding principles:
- Start from zero, not from legacy - Stop patching old systems and start taking a truly tech-first approach that’s built from the ground-up to be agile and digital-first
- Care anywhere - Think of the hospital, not as a place, but as a new blueprint for care delivery that’s decentralised, distributed and designed to go where people are
- Digital by default, human by design - Use already existing technologies to handle system complexities, so clinicians can focus on connection, compassion and care
- All for patient empowerment - Let individuals own their data and guide their care using real-time, intuitive tools to help personalise seamless healthcare experiences
- Build to evolve - Accept Healthcare IT projects never culminate. Leverage modular, cloud-native systems to scale effortlessly without disruption or delay as needed
- Smarter infrastructure, safer decisions - Tap into AI and edge computing to bring intelligence to the point of care - reducing risk, saving time and improving outcomes
- Virtual-first, physical when it matters - Set up remote consultations, specialist mobile units and local hubs to reduce friction, improve access and preserve resources
- Efficiency without compromise - Allow automated workflows and real-time triage to eliminate waste and wait, streamlining care at every step while enhancing quality
- Outcomes over outputs - Measure success, not by how much is done, but by how well all lives are improved - including those supporting the NHS in supporting us
